FidPark software includes server software (FidPark-SS) and service software (FidPark-Admin, Guardian, Cashier).

FidPark management software operates on Windows and ensures seamless system management, maintenance and event log. Within access control systems, this software manages all terminals, using LAN or internet. If the system includes only paystations, system receives reuired information about registred customer’s ID from server.

Administrator software
The FidPark-Admin program is designed for the administration of the FidPark system. The features of the software are:
  • Customer data management;
  • Loyalty card management;
  • Event ticket generation;
  • Terminal and meter configuration;
  • System user management;
  • Parking area management;
  • Tariff management;
  • Report generation.
Reports available in the system:
  • The administrator log shows the actions performed by the system user;
  • Terminal event log - events in terminals, such as lifting the barrier, reading the card, service messages of various devices connected to the terminal;
  • Event log - information on border crossing, as well as device service messages;
  • Statistics - create a detailed report on various aspects with diagrams of the number of events in different periods.
  • Other reports.

Operator-cashier software
The FidPark-Cashier program provides the opportunity to pay for services and goods, top-up deposit cards, issue and accept RFID bracelets, make other payments, accept customer cards as a means of payment.

The cashier can sell deposit cards and replenish the customer's deposit account, as well as accept these cards as a means of payment for various goods and services. The system provides automatic generation of X, Z, and other reports.

Guardian program for system monitoring
FP-Guardian is intended for remote monitoring of FidPark systems and operational management of the system.

This system can monitor the operation of all devices, their status, and their issues. Guardian also allows obtaining operational information about each pass - status, event history, photos, and other necessary information to assist customers.

FidPark allows to cancel single-time tickets via WEB allowing the ticket owners to exit without payment. For example, this opportunity can be useful for office building tenants allowing their visitors to use the parking free of charge.

Ticket cancellation can be performed by authorized users with the role "Discounter operator" using their smartphones. The ticket or vehicle number is entered either manually or using the camera. While cancelling the ticket, the user can see parking duration and cost. Ticket discount events are recorded in the system event log

The administrator can create a report of canceled tickets (for example, of the last month), that can be used for calculation of parking cost fee amounts for the tenants.
